3.3 One Account Per Player
Each Player is permitted to register and maintain a single Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of the device, email address, payment method, or IP address used — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts. Any bonuses or winnings generated through duplicate Accounts will be voided.
3.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must be of sound mind and not acting under duress, undue influence, or impairment at the time of registering and using your Account. If you are aware that you have a gambling problem or are participating in a self-exclusion programme administered by any organisation, you must not register an Account on CM8Play.
To access the Services, you must complete the Account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to notify CM8Play promptly of any changes to the information provided at registration, including changes to your name, address, email, or payment details.
By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
4.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. CM8Play will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. 4.2 KYC Verification
CM8Play is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be asked to provide documentary evidence of your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Acceptable identity documents include a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. CM8Play reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to place withdrawal restrictions on Accounts pending successful KYC completion.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
CM8Play supports the following Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). CM8Play does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits
Minimum deposit: RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. Minimum withdrawal: RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits are subject to your Account verification status and VIP tier. Specific limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions
All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) full KYC verification must be completed; (b) withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account; (c) any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied prior to withdrawal; (d) CM8Play reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances.
5.4 Processing Times
CM8Play targets the following withdrawal processing times: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers — 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire — 15 to 60 minutes. These are target times only and may be subject to delays caused by payment provider processing queues, security reviews, or system maintenance.
CM8Play offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion terms. A rollover of X10 means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times in total eligible bets before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with X15 rollover requires RM1,500 in qualifying bets to be placed and settled before withdrawal.
6.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play
While a Bonus is active on your Account, the maximum permitted stake per individual bet is RM300 unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise. Placing bets in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Game Contribution Rates
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots contribute 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10%–20%; sports bets contribute as specified in the individual promotion terms. CM8Play reserves the right to update game contribution rates at any time with prior notice.
6.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim window, or where wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from credit date as stated in the promotion terms), will be automatically removed from your Account without notice.
6.5 Abuse and Misuse
CM8Play reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies intended to meet rollover at minimal risk, coordinated play with other Players, exploitation of promotional errors, or use of automated betting systems. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with CM8Play.
All bets placed on the CM8Play Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.
CM8Play reserves the right to void, cancel, or withhold settlement of any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement; (b) there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or manipulation of the event; (c) a manifest error occurred in the publication of odds or game outcomes; (d) the bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means.
Live in-play bets are subject to network latency and may be refused or delayed at the discretion of CM8Play. The Platform does not guarantee the availability of specific markets or odds at any given time.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the CM8Play Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension and may be permanently banned:
CM8Play reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) fraud, suspected fraud, or money laundering activity; (c) a request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority; (d) where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform; (e) where the Account holder is found to be under the age of 21.
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding security review. Bonus Funds are non-refundable in all circumstances.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting CM8Play support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding verified balance will be returned after identity re-verification.
